The present situation is a red road and the road layout plan of the city's basic framework is very important to the planning department data.With the rapid development of GIS technology,the use of GIS technology to solve the current urban planning of roads have been practical problems in the use of many cities,this article uses a genetic algorithm GIS data collection on urban roads,road design a plan to achieve the red line GIS data process.
