The paper presents the features of the influence of equipment configuration on the system productivity at different experiment parameters. Factors defining the choice of equipment configuration depending on requirements to the tested object and rated overhead costs are revealed. The expenses budget for the maintenance of hardware and software system of acoustic tensometry and structural inspection of metal products is analysed.
