Analysis on Misdiagnosis and Missed Diagnosis in 4 Cases of Pediatric Appendicitis with Special Expression

Objective:To summarize the reason of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis for pediatric appendicitis with special expression.Method:The diagnostic method of 4 cases of pediatric appendicitis with special expression were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The diagnosis was confirmed in 4 cases.Conclusion:For surgical signs which can't be explained by primary disease,we should early perform operative exploration so as to improve diagnostic rate.
