Properties of LUTGS crystal grown above curie temperature

1999
Abstract The LUTGS crystal is the modified TGS crystal doped with L-aniline and urea. The transparent LUTGS crystals have been grown at 58 °C–54 °C. The difference of the domain structure is large in the two polar directions (±b). The hysteresis loops, dielectric coefficient e, pyroelectric coefficient P and pyroelectric figure of merit M(P/e) of the new LUTGS single crystal were measured and discussed.
