The positioning labeling device of the container bottle comprises a bottle support mechanism; the bottle support mechanism includes a rotating disc, a first rotating shaft, multiple bottle support components and a guide bar; the rotating disc is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft; the multiple bottle support components are peripherally and uniformly spaced on the rotating disc; the bottle support components include turntables and positioning components for positioning the container bottle; the turntables are rotationally arranged on the rotating disc, and are in friction matching with the guide bar; the guide bar is movably connected with the first rotating shaft; multiple push rod mechanisms are matched with the corresponding bottle support components for rotating the container bottle corresponding to the turntables; a labeling mechanism is used for performing positioning labeling for the container bottle; and a first detecting device is used for detecting if the container bottle is on the turntables. The positioning labeling device of the container bottle and the fault detecting method thereof improve the positioning labeling efficiency of the container bottle, timely remove faults, and improve the positioning labeling accuracy of the container bottle.
