Clinical judgment is necessary to the doctor for a correct diagnosis, it is an integral part of the physician’s professional activity. Formation of clinical thinking in medical students begins from the first year course. The study of morphological disciplines – «histology, embryology, cytology», «Pathological Anatomy, Clinical Pathological Anatomy» and «Forensic Science» contributes to the development of clinical thinking in students. Diagnosis of histological structures and pathological processes, morphofunctional and morphological and clinical comparison, the decision of situational problems, the participation of students in the autopsy followed the clinical and morphological analysis of specific cases, the clinical and morphological analysis of medical records, autopsy analysis of digital photo illustrations help students learn how to diagnose the disease or pathology process which determines the cause of death.
