ZÜMRE ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN İŞBİRLİĞİ DÜZEYİNİ BELİRLEME ÖLÇEĞİNİN GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Bu arastirmanin amaci, ogretmenlerin zumre calismalarinda yasanan sureclere iliskin goruslerini takim gelistirme asamalari cercevesinde ortaya koyan bir olcek gelistirmektir. Arastirmanin orneklemini birinci asamasinda Istanbul ili Şisli ilcesinde calisan 133, ikinci asamasinda ise 203 lise ogretmeni olusturmaktadir. Olcek gelistirme surecinde Clark tarafin-dan hazirlanmis olan “Takim Calismasi” olceginden yararlanilmistir. Soz konusu olcek Turkceye uyarlanmis ve sonrasinda zumre calismalarina yonelik olarak yeniden yapilandiril-mistir. Gerceklestirilen gecerlik ve guvenirlik calismalari “zumre faaliyetleri olceginin” (ZFO) genel olarak kabul edilebilir duzeyde niteliklere sahip oldugunu ortaya koymaktadir. RELIABILITY AND VALIDITY OF “TEACHERS’ COLLABORATION LEVEL DETERMINATION SCALE” The purpose of this study is to develop and validate an instrument for measuring the opinions of teachers who teach the same subject on processes during their own department works in terms of team development stages. The study included two phases.  While participants of the first phase consisted of 133 high school teachers, the data at the second phase were collected from 203 high school teachers who worked in Sisli, Istanbul. In order to develop a scale, original “Team Work” scale developed by Clark was used. The instrument was adapted to Turkish and then re-structured in terms of the works of teachers working in the same departments. Validity and reliability studies put forth that “Activities of Teachers Working in The Same Department Scale” (ATWSDS) has an acceptable quality.
