The invention discloses a low-temperature multiple-effect heat pipe type evaporator which comprises a casing. A plurality of heat pipes which are arranged at intervals are arranged in the casing, a spray system is arranged above the heat pipes which are arranged at intervals, the spray system is connected with a seawater inlet, and at least one steam inlet, at least one strong water port, at least one vacuumizing port and at least one steam outlet are arranged on the casing. By means of use of the low-temperature multiple-effect heat pipe type evaporator and a sea water desalinization system of the low-temperature multiple-effect heat pipe type evaporator, characters of the heat pipes can be effectively used, heat transfer efficiency is improved, and energy utilization rate of the sea water desalinization system is improved accordingly.
