The present invention provides: a novel disubstituted 1, 2, 4-triazine compound that has an aldosterone synthase inhibitory activity and is useful in the prevention and/or treatment of various diseases or symptoms involving aldosterone, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound; a method for producing same; a use for same; and a pharmaceutical composition, etc. formed using the compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Provided is a compound represented by general formula [I]: [In the formula, R A is a group, etc. represented by formula (A-1) (in the formula, ring A 1 is an optionally substituted cycloalkyl group, etc.), and R B is a monocyclic cycloalkyl group, etc.], or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound.
