Formation of a flange from a flat blank with a hole

A model of axisymmetric formation of a flange from a flat blank with a hole by expanding by a hard punch with a fixed flat flange is given, taking into consideration contact friction, change of wall thickness, strengthening of material, and the tool bending radius. Elastic, elastic-plastic and hard-plastic process stages are studied.
