The Efficay of Danhong Injection in Combination with Naoxintong Capsule in Treatment of Patients with Silent Myocardial Ischemia and the Changes of Heart Rate Variability

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Danhong injection and Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of silent(or asymptomatic)myocardial ischemia(SMI).Methods In 86 patients with silent myocardial ischemia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group routine application of Danshen injection,10d was 1 courses;the treatment group were treated with Danhong injection(usage with control group),while oral Naoxintong,30d for 1 courses.Two groups of patients before and after treatment were 24h dynamic electrocardiogram examination,observation of ST segment depression severity and duration,the HRV change.Results Ischemic ST segment depression treatment group total effective rate was 92.0%,total effective rate in control group was 86.1%,comparison of the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In two groups after the treatment of ST segment depression,significantly improve the ischemic ST segment duration and the parameters of HRV(except SDANN)is improved better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection in combination with Naoxintong capsule is effective for the treatment of SMI.The effect is moderate and lasting.There are no hemorrhage,allergy and other side effect,It is worth of widely clinical application.
