Aluminium Alloy 50 Pump Body Squeeze Casting

Through the process analysis of several casting methods for 50 pump body,squeeze casting process was determined.Through the rational design of squeeze casting mould and process parameters,and adjusting heat treatment process,the mechanical properties and surface quality of aluminum alloy 50 pump body were improved.The Product qualification rate reached to above 96%.
