The present invention discloses a method of microwave heating uranyl nitrate solution producing uranium trioxide, comprising the steps of: conveying uranyl nitrate solution the raw material, the uranyl nitrate solution is boiled and evaporated concentrated uranyl nitrate points release nitric stop microwave heating, material placed in a muffle furnace, ball milling, to obtain uranium trioxide powder. The present invention, the concentration process by regulating the microwave power controlled temperature to avoid splashing of the solution, an overflow; denitrification process control temperature and heating time avoid overheating generated URANIUM; denitrification stabilize the product in a muffle furnace 350 deg.] C, to ensure trioxide uranium conversion rate reached 100%; prepared as ball milling powdered uranium trioxide, while the polishing material may be glued down the wall, reducing the amount of retention of material in the container.
