年輕婦女接種德國麻疹(RA 27/3 Strain)疫苗後之臨床及血清學反應

1985
The rubella vaccine (RA 27/3 strain) was inoculated to 80 young susceptible female adults on voluntary basis. Clinical reactions such as malaise, skin rashes, lymphadenopathy, fever or arthralgia were observed in 24 volunteers (30%). The incidence of individual clinical reaction in the order of frequency was malaise 22.5%, rash 17.5%, lymphadenopathy 17.5%, fever 13.8% and joint symptoms 11.3%. All vaccinees with clinical reactions other than malaise were at the age of 20 years or older. These clinical reactions occurred between 10 and 20 days after vaccination. Only a nurse who had high fever, malaise, skin rashes, arthritis, lymphadenitis and dizziness was severe enough to require a medical treatment. All 80 vaccinees developed both HAI and FIA antibodies against rubella viruses 31 days after vaccination and persisted at a high level for at least one year. It is suggested that RA 27/3 strain of rubella vaccine is safe and very effective if given before adolescence.
