The natural phytoextraction essence is formed by mixing agilawood, sandalwood, elecampane, bee sage roundleaves, sauropus spatulifolius and vitex leaves according to the mass ratio of (1-3):(1-2):(1-2):(1-2):(1-2):(1-2), and is obtained through supercritical CO2 extraction. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the electronic cigarette tobacco juice. The Chinese style flue-cured tobacco extractive and tobacco flavor and essence ingredients are included in the electronic cigarette tobacco juice, the odor and taste are close to those of traditional Chinese style flue-cured tobacco odor type cigarettes, and the smoking satisfaction sense is improved.
