The manufacturing method of the system-level photoelectric structure at least comprises the steps of providing a temporary substrate, providing a plurality of photoelectric elements which are not packaged and connected on the substrate, forming a plurality of path areas, providing stickiness glue materials which are filled in the path areas and covered on the photoelectric elements which are not packaged, providing a permanent substrate which is combined with the plurality of photoelectric elements which are not packaged through the stickiness glue materials, and removing the temporary substrate.
