Implementation of Energy Consumption Measures Management of the Oil Storage and Transportation

This paper discusses the serious harm of oil evaporation loss,analyzes the reasons for oil loss and utilities consumption,takes appropriate measures according to the problems exposed in the process of collection,store,transportation to reasonably solve the loss of oil storage and transportation and strictly control the utility consumption.
