Compound for inducing the degradation of cereblon protein, preparation method thereof and pharmaceutical composition for use in preventing or treating cancer containing the same as an active ingredient

The present invention relates to a cereblon protein degradation inducing compound, a method for manufacturing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer containing the same as an active component. A novel compound, represented by A-Linker-A or A-Linker-B according to the present invention, can remarkably inhibit or degrade cereblon, and thus, by containing the same as the active component, the present invention has an effect of being useful as the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cereblon-related diseases, preferably diseases which have effects of treatment, prevention or alleviation by inhibiting or degrading cereblon such as cancer, autoimmune diseases or metabolic diseases.
