The Improvement of Efficiency Droop and Current Spreading Ability on Nitride-based LEDs Using Electron Transmission Layer

The efficiency droop of LED can be reduced for 11.65% by using doped concentration of 2× 10 18 cm -3 and thickness of 450 nm of ETL. The parameter design of ETL for the LED III not only suppressed the electrons injected into the active region fast but also improved the current spreading ability.
