The utility model discloses a dynamic monitoring system for fingerprint identification of the underground personnel and the gas density in the coal mine, which is based on the wireless sensor network technology for dynamically monitoring the fingerprint identification and gas density. The dynamic monitoring system comprises a monitoring terminal host computer and a fixed monitoring device which is in wire communication with the monitoring terminal host computer, also comprises a terminal portable monitoring device; wherein the terminal portable monitoring device is provided with a fingerprint identification module; when the holding personnel enter or exit the coal mine underground, the holding personnel collect the fingerprint information through the fingerprint identification module, the fingerprint information is transmitted to the fixed monitoring device in the wireless mode, and the fixed monitoring device transmits the information to the monitoring terminal host computer. The dynamic monitoring system not only can flexibly deploy the monitoring devices and can effectively and dynamically monitor the gas density, but also can check on work attendance and positioning of the underground personnel, and can realize convenient, fast, accurate and just work attendance checking of the underground personnel.
