Applications of Work Research in the Optimization of Silicon Microphone Production Line

In view of the low productivity of the silicon microphone workshop in an electronics factory, the paper analyzes the causes in detail by use of work research, and puts forward a corresponding improvement proposal for the process, operating procedures and other issues. Improved production line shortens 10.68% of the production time, and reduces 17.64% of workers in the same production line.
