The invention discloses a surface antibacterial functionalized bone-like apatite-polyurethane bone repair stent and a preparation method. The bone repair stent is formed by covering a material layer which is composed of mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with antibacterial ingredients and 20-100nm in grain size and is 20-500nm, preferably 50-200nm thick on the surface of a bone-like apatite-polyurethane porous stent, wherein charge capacity of the antibacterial ingredients is 5-50% of mass of the silica nanoparticles. When preparing, the formed bone-like apatite-polyurethane porous stent is kept in suspension of the mesoporous silica loaded with the antibacterial ingredients at the proportion for 0.05-3h under negative pressure, and is then dried. The bone repair stent disclosed by the invention, on surface of which the mesoporous silica nanoparticle layer loaded with the antibacterial ingredients covers, can realize antibacterial functionalization on the surface of the stent and controlled release of the antibacterial ingredients, thus achieving antibacterial infection performance of a stent material and meeting clinical demands on an antibacterial repair material; and the preparation method is simple and convenient.
