The invention discloses a butterfly pitch point for connecting a truss string strut with a double cable. The butterfly pitch point comprises a first connecting piece, a supporting rod connecting piece, a second connecting piece, an upper connecting piece of the double cable, a lower left connecting piece of the double cable, a lower right connecting piece of the double cable, an inside hexagonal bolt, wherein the first connecting piece is arranged on the upper connecting piece of the double cable; the supporting rod connecting piece is arranged on the first connecting piece; the second connecting piece is arranged on the supporting rod connecting piece; the lower left connecting piece of the double cable and the lower right connecting piece of the double cable are respectively arranged under the upper connecting piece of the double cable; and the double cable is fixed through the upper and the lower connecting pieces of the double cable. The pitch point has the advantages that the style is simple and artistic; the path of force transfer is clear; the pitch points are completely and mechanically connected through bolts, therefore, the uncertainty and the excessive welding residual stress which are brought by high space welding are avoided; the fabrication is easy; the installation is rapid; the cable erection can be conveniently performed; and at the same time, the angle can be automatically adjusted within a certain range, so as to be adapted to the stretching directions of different cables.
