Epidermolisis ampollosa pretibial : estudio inmunohistoquímico y ultraestructural

The authors studied a patient with pretibial epidermolysis bullosa. The immunohistochemical study of the lesions showed that the bullous pemphigoid antigen, tipe IV collagen and laminin were forming the roof of the blister. The electron-microscopy evidencied that the dermo-epidermic separation occurs underneath the electron-dense basal lamina, and also a diminution of the anchoring fiblils is observed
