Servicio de capacitación en bibliotecología: Experiencia práctica en el proyecto Red de Mediatecas de Angola

The Project Media Libraries Network of Angola (ReMA) is a government initiative that aims to meet the needs of information and knowledge access to citizens. The Institute of Scientific and Technological Information (IDICT) from its experience designed and implemented the training program for the proposed staff to work in the Media Libraries. The following study based on empirical qualitative methods on descriptive and explanatory basis makes a comparison of two training process phases.
