Spectrum of AlH+ at 3632 A

1980
The spectrum of AlH+ at 3632 A has been observed in emission using an aluminium arc at low pressure in an atmosphere of hydrogen. The photographs were taken in the third order of a 3.4 m Ebert spectrograph having reciprocal dispersion of 1.5 A/mm. The spectrum obtained is a typical2Π-2Σ transition consisting of (0, 0) and (1, 1) bands. Rotational analysis has been performed and the constants have been evaluated.
