PURPOSE: An ultra-low viscosity composition for cement-based hardened body is provided to maximize flowage and pumping property by using a silica fume. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-low viscosity composition for cement-based hardened body is a mixture of paste, mortar and concrete using a binding material which includes cement and silica fume. The silica fume contains less than 3weight% of zirconia(ZrO2) and has a specific surface area of 5-15m/g which is measured by BET law(Brunauer Emanett and Teller method). The ultra-low viscosity composition for cement-based hardened body additionally includes more than one fiber from an organic fiber and a steel fiber. The organic fiber is added to 0.01-5.0vol% of a hardened body, and the steel fiber is added to 1-800kg/m of the hardened body.
