The Team-building of Instructors in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Horizon of Competence

From the angle of team competence,this paper constructs a basic team competence model for instructors in higher vocational colleges by the study method of BET(Behavioral Events Technology).In this paper,team-building strategies such as the optimization of the instructor team,the construction of training system and performance evaluation mechanism of the instructor team,the construction of team culture and the building of a learning-type instructor team are suggested to achieve high performance.
