SVC streaming media transmission optimization method based on OpenFlow

The invention discloses an SVC (Scalable Video Coding) streaming media transmission optimization method based on OpenFlow. The method comprises the following steps of dynamically detecting a network link time delay state, sensing a link time delay state in an OpenFlow network in real time and obtaining network overall time delay state information, and calculating and obtaining an optimal path combination and controlling the transmission of the SVC base and enhancement data through different selected paths, wherein the fact that an optimal time delay path can be always selected by the base data, the optimal time delay path is selected by a part of enhancement data in the condition of an allowable available bandwidth condition, and a suboptimal time delay path is selected by other enhancement data is ensured. According to the method, a software defined network is used to solve a reroute transmission problem in the condition of network congestion, an adaptive routing selection strategy is used to raise the transmission efficiency and quality of SVC streaming media, and the user experience of an SVC streaming media service is improved.
