Effect of Total Compressibility of Semi-Finished Products on Mechanical Property of Steel Wire

The steel wire was broken heavily and the tenacity of steel wire was worse with the general drawing process when manufacturing steel wire of high quality,qualified products proportion is low.Application of increasing total compressibility of semi-finished products can improve the strength of the semi finished products after heat treatment.The method can reduce the total compression rate of the finished products and raise intensity and tenacity of it.
