The invention relates to marine refrigeration mechanisms, in particular to a fishing boat with a separate type aquatic product refrigerating and freezing mechanism. The fishing boat comprises a hull, a power system, a refrigerating chamber, a freezing chamber, a refrigeration system, a hull inclination condition displaying mechanism and an electric generating system, wherein the power system is used for driving the hull to move; the electric generating system is used for supplying electricity to the refrigeration system; the electric generating system is provided with a damping seat; the refrigerating chamber of the fishing boat is arranged on a bow of the hull, and the freezing chamber is arranged on a stern of the hull; the hull inclination condition displaying mechanism comprises a projection plate, a transparent box and a laser pipe which are sequentially arranged on the hull from top to bottom; black liquid is stored in the transparent box; and when the inclination angle of the transparent box is greater than a set range, light illuminates on the projection plate through the transparent box, and when the inclination angle of the transparent box is in the set range, the black liquid blocks the light emitted from the laser pipe. The fishing boat disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being good in smoothness, good in vibration isolation performance, and convenient for a user to find out whether the hull is overly inclined or not, so that the problems that the fishing boat cannot perform refrigerating and freezing, and whether the hull is inclined or not cannot be conveniently known are solved.
