Anti-theft device commercial item

A device for protection against the theft of a commercial item is a physical object (10,32) packaged or not. The device (12,42) comprises: means for fixing and locking of the device to the physical object or its packaging in a locked position such that a user can not separate the physical object device without a tool external, -at least an optically readable code (24) uniquely identifies the physical object to which the device is intended to be fixed and which is distinct from a commercial article code (EAN, EPC ...) affected physical object as commercial an article.
