A functionalized phosphine ligand with a pentaarylbenzene moiety in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling of aryl chlorides

Abstract A functionalized phosphine with a pentaarylbenzene moiety was found to facilitate the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura coupling of aryl chlorides. The new ligand achieved high turnover numbers (up to TON 5000).
