The invention discloses a sheen optical coating surface and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the sheen optical coating surface adopted by the invention comprises the following steps: 1) cleaning a substrate surface; 2) spraying a primer with thickness controlled in 23-27 microns; 3) coating by successively using the five films including SiO2 of 6-10 nm, TiO2 of 12-14 nm, SiO2 of 3-7 nm, TiO2 of 18-22 nm, and SiO2 of 23.5-27.5 nm, wherein the deposition rate of SiO2 coating is controlled in 0.4-0.6 nm / sec, and the deposition rate of TiO2 coating is controlled in 0.15-0.3 nm / sec; 4) spraying an intermediate coating with thickness controlled in 5-9 um; and 5) spraying a finishing coating with thickness controlled in 16-20 um. The invention has the beneficial effect that optical coating of opaque material is conducive to reflection and refraction of the optical coating layer, so that the product surface after spraying shows sheen effect to increase the qualitative sense of the material surface and gorgeous color effect; and the method enriches the processing method of material elements.
