The use of digoxin is declining in current medical practice. As a result, digoxin toxicity is becoming increasingly rare, with an increasingly unfamiliar presentation. A 78-year-old African-American woman presented with complaints of epigastric and substernal chest discomfort, nausea and vomiting.
