The invention discloses a fire-proof low smoke zero halogen medium-pressure hoisting cable for a high-rise building and production process thereof. The fire-proof low smoke zero halogen medium-pressure hoisting cable comprises a cable core, a binding belt, a temperature isolating and reducing layer and a fire-resistant layer from inside to outside, and the cable core is of a circular structure formed by twisting three insulated cable cores and three filling stiffeners. The insulation cable core comprises a conductor, a conductor screen, insulation, an insulation screen and a metal screen from inside to outside. The conductor is of an aluminum alloy moulded line twisting structure, a material of the temperature isolating and reducing layer comprises, by weight, EVA 10-30%, LLDPE plastic 8-15%, AL(OH)3 40-50%, Mg(OH)2 20-30% and others 2-5%. The fire-proof low smoke zero halogen medium-pressure hoisting cable for a high-rise building has large length hoisting capacity and fire-proof capacity in the same time, and can continuously provide power for the high-rise building in case of fire, particularly provides motive power for escape elevators and security devices.
