The invention also discloses a measuring method using the device for measuring the water body nitrobenzol content. The device and the method provided by the invention have the advantages that the large-range and high-concentration water body nitrobenzol content can be accurately measured, the measuring concentration range is expanded to 0 to 300000 ppm, in addition, the cyclic automatic on-line measurement can be realized, and the wall hanging effect of the water-insoluble nitrobenzol can be eliminated by the ultrasonic vibrator.
