Применение методов менеджмента в области обеспечения деятельности малых предприятий

In terms of the development and modernization of the Russian economy big attention is paid to the support of small enterprises. The operating efficiency of small business is one of the most important indicators of economic development. Absence of an organized system of management in the field of maintenance of activity significantly reduces the financial stability of small businesses and, as a consequence, increases the risk of bankruptcy. The article is devoted to the consideration of questions connected with organization financial management at small enterprises. First, the comparative analysis of the results of financial activity of small enterprises is conducted on the basis of recent years statistical data. The analysis revealed the presence of ineffective small businesses management. Secondly, the most known in the scientific literature financial management methods for small enterprises are considered. The author''s model of system of financial management in small enterprises is shown with more characteristic of the relationship between them. Thirdly, features of application of management methods in the field of maintenance of activity relating to small businesses are described. In result of the research a list of recommendations for the organization of effective management in the sphere of maintenance of activity of small enterprises is proposed.
