The invention belongs to the field of while-drilling well logging measurement devices, and particularly relates to a while-drilling orientation sound wave signal receiving transducer encapsulating device. The device comprises a drill collar, a receiving transducer, a front signal processing circuit and a main control electronic storehouse; the receiving transducer and the front signal processing circuit are encapsulated in a drill collar body through an encapsulator separately, the receiving transducer and the signal processing circuit achieve electrical connection through a sealed electrical connection insert, and the signal processing circuit is electrically connected with the main control electronic storehouse; the sealed electrical connection insert, the receiving transducer and the front signal processing circuit are all sealed at high pressure. According to the device, sealing of transducer slurry and the front signal processing circuit is achieved by adopting the novel independent encapsulating transducer and the high-pressure sealed electrical connection insert, and therefore dynamic seal design of a ceramic crystal plate and a specially-designed high-pressure sealed electrical connection insert are avoided; meanwhile, by arranging the signal processing circuit on the basis of signal processing frontwards and encapsulating the signal processing circuit on the drill collar, the signal receiving and processing line length is decreased, and noise jamming is reduced.
