The invention discloses a surface modification method for contact lenses with medicine delivery. The method comprises the following steps: dipping the contact lenses into a polycation electrolyte solution with medicines, soaking, then taking out, washing with a sodium chloride solution, and drying putting the obtained contact lenses into a polycarboxymethyl-beta-cyclodextrin, soaking, then taking out, washing with the sodium chloride solution and drying; repeating the two steps for the obtained contact lenses for 5-30 times so as to obtain the contact lenses with self-assembled multi-layer film surface modification layer to layer. The invention provides a surface coating of contact lenses with a good medicine release control capability, and a preparation method of the surface coating, the properties of an obtained product meet the basic requirements of cornea contact lenses, and release of eye medicines can be controlled. The surface modification method has great social and economic benefits.
