When considering the ethical and legal principles that guide the treatment of hyperhidrosis, the physician must be technically and legally qualified to treat this disease and also knowledgeable on the Constitution, Civil, Criminal Consumer Protection, and Medical Ethics Codes in the aspects that apply to the treatment of this disease, as well as on the ethical and legal principles that guide the medical profession, based on the duality of obligation and responsibility.
