Extracellular ATP in obstructive airway diseases
2018
Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is an extracellular information transmission material that widely existed in human. It combines with the specific P2 purine receptor to develop biological effects. In recent years, a growing number of studies have shown that extracellular ATP is closely related to the pathogenesis of obstructive diseases, especially chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma and chronic cough. In this paper, the above aspects, the extracellular ATP in the role of obstructive pulmonary disease are reviewed.
