The invention discloses a dynamic tilted rotation bioreactor for 3D printing skin.The bioreactor comprises a culture dish and a main shaft.The culture dish is connected with a rotating shaft through a fixed disc.The rotating shaft is connected with a base through a rubber ball.One end of the main shaft is connected with the fixed disc, and the other end of the main shaft penetrates through the center of the rubber ball and the rotating shaft to be connected with an engine on the base.The engine drives the main shaft to rotate in a tilted mode, up-down vibration of the rotating shaft is controlled through the rubber ball, and therefore tilted rotation and up-down vibration of the culture dish on the fixed disc are achieved.When the culture dish moves together with the fixed disc, due to the fact that inclination and up-down vibration enable upper-side tissue engineering skin to be exposed in air, the purpose of gas-liquid exchange culture is achieved, horn cells absorb nutritional ingredients from the bottom layer, differentiation and propulsion are continuously carried out towards the surface layer, a horny layer is formed, the epidermis is continuously promoted to be mature, the printed 3D printing skin is of a tissue-like structure, and an extracellular matrix similar to normal skin is produced.
