Recurrence of endometrial cancer in a hysterectomised patient treated with tamoxifen for breast cancer: a case report.

Tamoxifen exposure is a recognised risk for primary endometrial cancer. This case suggests Tamoxifen prescription in women with previous endometrial cancer may increase risk of recurrence.
