In the Bolivariana Republic of Venezuela the new social propouse, in order to eliminate the exclusion in the hight educational system take in to account the new didcatics conception using the video-class as the most important learning method. In this work the author present a new model teaching-learning process using the video-class based on the traditional and development learning process. This stady allowed to establish some advantage and disadvantage of the traditional education and the new aideas asumed.
