A Method for Determining Serum Inhibitors of Plasminogen Activation

A method for determination of serum inhibitors of plasminogen activation by urokinase is described. The effect of various factors influencing the accuracy of streptokinase and urokinase inhibitors determination is discussed, and methods of avoiding them are suggested.
