Piezoelectric ceramic driver driving in unsymmetrical voltage mode

2011
The invention discloses a piezoelectric ceramic driver driving in an unsymmetrical voltage mode, and belongs to the technical field of piezoelectric drivers. The inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic materials is used, unsymmetrical excitation voltage is added on piezoelectric ceramic double chips (5), a rotor (2) drives an output shaft (1) to rotate a certain angle through the forward direction locking effect of an overrun clutch (3), voltage returns to zero, the overrun clutch (3), the rotor and the piezoelectric ceramic double chips go back to original positions, due to the fact that obverse freedom of the overrun clutch (3) and the output shaft (1) is achieved, the output shaft (1) continues to rotate, after a plurality of cycles, vibration of cantilever end beryllium bronze (4) of the piezoelectric ceramic double chips (5) is converted to continuous rotation of the output shaft (1), and continuous rotation and output of torque are achieved. The driver is simple in structure, quick in response speed, stable in rotation, simple in control circuit and capable of being mounted and used in mechanical equipment with the requirements of accurate locating and driving in a modularization mode.
