This study aims to explain the effect of the intensity of reading news at metrotvnews.com toward the attitude of the reader, to clarify the attitude of the reader toward reader perception, and to explain the effect of the reader attitude mediation. Theory is used to generalize the problem is Agenda Setting level two Mc Combs and Shaw. Data were obtained from 100 populations, using nonprobability sampling technique model of purposive sampling. Data collection  techniques using questionnaires. Analysis and processing of data using SPSS. The results showed that the intensity of reading news at metrotvnews.com affect the attitudes of the reader. The attitude of the reader affect the reader's perception of the message frame Tolikara issues. The attitude of the reader mediate the effect of the intensity of the news to the reader perception.The conclusion of this study that the cyber media still have an impact agenda setting against the reader. Therefore the media in covering the news must be impartial (covering both sides) and the principle of neutrality in the preparation of news.
