Diseño del proceso de gestión del colectivo de año académico

University management through the process-based approach is currently an essential management tool to achieve work objectives in universities. Cuban Higher Education has focused its studies on the base link of which the university community of the academic year is a part. The general objective of the research is to design the management process of the academic year group to promote its improvement at the University of Holguin, through a procedure, using process management techniques such as the process map, file, display, flow charts and the scheduling of activities. In addition, indicators were designed that measure the efficiency and effectiveness of this process, in order to know what state it is in.
