Empirical Analysis of Operating Efficiency of China's Real Estate Industry

This article by using data envelopment analysis(DEA) method to the real estate industry of China listed companies to evaluate the operating performance.Selecotied related indicators of China'20 listed companies in real estate from 2000 to 2007.Through the approprate analysis we found that real estate industry's efficiency be great influnced by the control policies of our domestic macro-economic;but do not has much association with the composite Index.In recent 8 years profit margins of real estate industry was far higher than that the national average industry have.Industry resources tend to focus on the strong companies of real estate industry,that aggravated differentiation between the strong and small companies.At last,based on the analysis' results,we made some countermeasures about how to raise the level of operating efficiency of China'real estate industry.
